1979 Guardsmen Photos

In 1979 I played timpani, congas, chimes, and other percussion at the front of the field for the entire show. I was the only full time "Pit" percussionist in DCI in 1979. During drill rehearsals, while the rest of the corps was marching around, I was able to walk around and take pictures of the corps.

This photo collection also includes some color photos taken by my uncle Ron, who traveled from Florida to Birmingham Alabama to see us perform in the DCI Finals.
